Waterfall Experience
Three distinct falls range from 30 to 50 feet high, cascading over smooth granite into clear pools. Each sister has unique characteristics: the upper falls feature a dramatic vertical drop, the middle falls spread across tiered granite, and the lower falls create a perfect photography backdrop. Spring visits showcase maximum water flow, while summer reveals beautiful granite formations.

Trail Conditions
Initial steep descent requires careful footing on loose decomposed granite. Multiple rope-assisted sections navigate technical terrain. The trail crosses several boulder fields requiring basic scrambling skills. Return climb is strenuous, especially in afternoon heat. Several creek crossings may require wet feet during high flow seasons.
Access & Safety
Remote trailhead requires high-clearance vehicle recommended. No facilities or water available. Adventure pass required for parking. Best visited January through May when falls are flowing. Extremely challenging in summer heat - not recommended above 80°F. Multiple rescues occur annually - proper preparation essential. No swimming allowed in upper pools due to dangerous conditions.
